PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Order Processing:

  • All orders are custom-made and begin processing once payment has been confirmed.
  • Shipping time starts after your order has been shipped from our facility.
  • Estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time. These are estimates and may vary based on item type and destination.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We currently offer the following shipping rates:

United States:

  • $6.99 flat shipping fee
  • Free shipping on orders over $99

Canada:

  • $9.99 shipping fee
  • Free shipping on orders over $149.99

International:

  • $19.99 shipping fee
  • Free shipping on orders over $199

MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS

  • Items from the same production type (e.g., apparel) will ship together with a single tracking number.
  • Different product types may ship separately, each with its own tracking information.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused by split shipments.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. Please allow 1 - 3 days for carrier tracking information to update after shipment.

If tracking does not update right away, this is normal - carriers sometimes delay scanning events. Please check again later or contact us if the status hasn’t updated after several days.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as customs clearance or carrier delays).
If your order does not arrive within 60 days after shipment, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate and offer a refund or resend.

  • Prices are shown in USD and do not include local taxes or import duties.
  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility.
  • We have no control over delays caused by customs procedures.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If the carrier returns your package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery, we may resend your order at your request, but additional shipping charges may apply.
  • We cannot guarantee refunds for shipments returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package was lost or you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation. We will work with the carrier to reach a solution.
