At EMPOWER BLACK VOICE, all of our products are made-to-order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
- You do not like the product or material
- You entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- You returned the item without contacting us first
REFUND / REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY
We only offer refunds or replacements (resend) in the following cases:
Eligible cases:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item, wrong design, or wrong size due to our mistake
- Your order did not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:
- U.S. orders: not delivered after 35 day
- International orders: not delivered after 60 days
In these cases, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement shipment

PROOF REQUIREMENT
To process a refund or replacement request, you must provide:

Requests without valid proof may not be approved.

SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES
