    • For long-lasting color and print quality, avoid washing or drying on high heat.
    • Avoid tumble drying with heavy items such as towels, blankets, or jeans.

    At EMPOWER BLACK VOICE, all of our products are made-to-order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


    RETURN POLICY

    We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

    Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

    • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
    • You do not like the product or material
    • You entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
    • You changed your mind after placing the order
    • You returned the item without contacting us first

    REFUND / REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

    We only offer refunds or replacements (resend) in the following cases:

    Eligible cases:

    • The item is damaged or defective
    • You received the wrong item, wrong design, or wrong size due to our mistake
    • Your order did not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:
      • U.S. orders: not delivered after 35 day
      • International orders: not delivered after 60 days

    In these cases, we will offer either:

    • A full refund, or
    • A free replacement shipment

    The choice is yours.


    PROOF REQUIREMENT

    To process a refund or replacement request, you must provide:

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
    • Your order number

    Requests without valid proof may not be approved.


    TIMEFRAME TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

    You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if there is any issue.

    Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


    SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

    If your order has not arrived within the delivery timeframe stated above:

    • We will conduct an investigation with the shipping carrier
    • Once confirmed, we will offer either:
      • A refund, or
      • A replacement shipment at no cost

    NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

    Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

    • The issue is caused by customer error (wrong size, address, or preference)
    • The product matches the order details correctly
    • The item was returned without prior approval
